Description: This format contains an EDD section for each of the reference value tables applicable to the EQuIS Geotech Schema. Use this format to import, update, and/or export reference values.

Installation Instructions: Download the Geotech_refvals format from the EarthSoft Community Center and unblock the *.zip file.

This format allows users to load EQuIS Geotech reference values. More information about reference values is available in the EDP\Reference Values articles.

EQuIS Geotech relies on some standard default reference values. A corresponding EDD, Geotech_Refvals_EDD.xlsx, is also available on the EarthSoft Community Center. This EDD contains all necessary reference values for EQuIS Geotech. As the Geotechnical_v2 format relies on these standard values, these reference values must be loaded prior to using the Geotechnical_v2 format.

Prior to using EQuIS Geotech, the reference values must first be loaded to the database. To do this:

1.Open Professional EDP.

2.Open the Geotech_refvals format in EDP.

3.Open the Geotech_Refvals_EDD.xlsx EDD.

4.Review loaded sections for errors or any desired modifications.

5.Create and Commit the EDD.
